Returns
We accept returns within the following timeframes:

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition:

Free from marks, fragrance, or any signs of wear
All returns are subject to inspection. Hampton Hills reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

To maintain the integrity of our service, all returns must be authorised in advance.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Kindly allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
For an alternative size or style, we invite you to place a new order while your return is being processed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
